Charles Zana

A true Parisian, Charles Zana studied architecture at the Beaux Arts in Paris between the banks of the Seine and the rue Bonaparte. His personality developed in this neighborhood, so immersed in art history with its galleries, publishing houses and inviting, lively cafés. A few years later, he returned to open his agency and showroom in the same quartier. As a highly sensitive architect, he imagines each project through the lens of a French lifestyle. A passionate collector like his father, he has done in-depth research on the great Italian design masters of the 20th century such as Ettore Sottsass and Carlo Scarpa. Charles Zana, a man of dialogue and passion, shares his sensitive vision of space with his international and French clients. And thanks to his effusive energy, he involves his team on each project to help emphasize the values of quality and longevity, reinforced by the skilled craftsmen with whom the agency collaborates. In 2019 Charles Zana was named Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres by David Caméo, director of the Musée des Arts Décoratifs.
